New appointments at Crown
Crown Bevcan Europe and Middle East, a business unit of Crown Holdings, has announced the appointments of Matt Twiss as marketing and business development director and Noé Gailly as marketing manager – new product development.
Matt Twiss takes up this new responsibility from his previous position as sales director of Crown’s European Specialty Packaging division.
“The beverage market is a fast-moving, dynamic and exciting place to work. Our marketing team has the responsibility for new product development as well as the translation of current and future market dynamics into strategic intent and action. We partner closely with our customers to deliver innovative and sustainable metal packaging propositions” says Twiss. “I am very excited to be leading the Crown team and I look forward to this new chapter in my career.”
Noé Gailly joined Crown in 2009, working in the company’s Specialty Packaging facility located in Châtillon-sur-Seine, France. He quickly progressed within the company, taking on roles in R&D and later on with Crown’s Food Europe team to develop the next generation of advanced packaging concepts.
“As part of the central marketing team, the key objective is to manage Crown’s customer-facing development projects in line with the company’s overall business strategy,” Gailly commented. “My role is to leverage Crown’s current and future manufacturing capabilities to help our customers translate their needs into metal packaging solutions.”
