A warm welcome
It gives me great pleasure to introduce myself as the new editor of CanTech International.
I would also like to wish the previous incumbent Richard Piper well in his new role as ‘poacher turned gamekeeper’ in the world of PR! I hope to build on Richard’s good work over the past two years.
As for me, I’ve previously edited a number of BtoB publications across the retail sector including the sports, outdoor and golf industries. I’ll be using this experience to introduce a few new features to CanTech including a Twitter Trade Talk news section that brings you the latest news from the world of social media and ‘The Can Man’- a sideways look at the world of metal packaging. As the Can Man’s identity will remain anonymous, he’ll be able to say what others daren’t! All your usual favourites will of course return including Candid and contributions from the Editorial Advisory Board.
