Upcoming METPACK awards

The eighth global METPACK fair is due to be held at Messe Essen on May 6-10, 2014. Around 230 exhibitors from 25 countries will introduce their new developments for the manufacture, refinement, painting and recycling of metal packaging.

Particularly pioneering innovations will be acknowledged with the METPACK Innovation Award on the Wednesday of the fair, May 7, 2014. This year exhibitors will also have until 31 March to put themselves forward for the ‘Oscar of the Metal Packaging Sector’. An international expert jury will assess the submissions and gold, silver and bronze awards will be handed out. The main criterion will be reducing the costs and raising the quality during the production of metal packaging.
