Silver for Rexam at ABRE Awards
Rexam was awarded the silver trophy for the Alcoholic Beverage Packaging category at the 2014 ABRE Brazilian Packaging Awards. The beverage can maker beat competition with the FUSION aluminium bottle for Smirnoff Ice.
The bottle, which holds 11oz, is unique in the Ready to Drink (RTD) category in the country; it is the lightest bottle in the South American market and showcases Rexam’s HD printing.
The company was also recognised alongside its customers in the following categories: Marketing – Communications Strategy, with Coca-Cola Zero Rock in Rio (gold trophy) and Graphic Design for Alcoholic Beverages, with Devassa Rio Eu Te Amo (silver trophy).
The Awards were sponsored by ABRE – Brazilian Packaging Association.
