Success for second Beviale Moscow exhibition
The second edition of Beviale Moscow was a success, the trade fair for the beverage industry in Eastern Europe saw 3,984 visitors and 130 exhibitors attend between 28 February to 2 March at the Crocus Expo in Moscow.
Ball completes acquisition of Rexam
Ball Corporation has announced the completion of its acquisition of Rexam PLC for approximately $6.1 billion of cash and equity, plus the assumption of approximately $2.4 billion of net debt.
